Licensed since 2005 and serving clients full-time since 2018, Nancy Reynoza is a bilingual Broker/Owner, entrepreneur, and real estate leader serving Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. She founded Casa Reynoza to provide clients with experienced advocacy, clear guidance, and real estate service that respects both their goals and their language.
Built from the ground up, on purpose.
Long before Casa Reynoza opened its doors, Nancy Reynoza was already an entrepreneur. She started and operated several businesses before building her full-time career in real estate, learning firsthand what it takes to create something from an idea, adapt through challenges, and keep moving forward with purpose.
Nancy first earned her real estate license in 2005 and transitioned into the profession full-time in 2018. She went on to found Reynoza Realty Group, where she developed her approach to client service, team leadership, negotiation, and bilingual real estate education.
In January 2026, Nancy opened Casa Reynoza, South Dakota's first Latina-owned real estate brokerage. The company was built around a clear belief: every client deserves knowledgeable representation, honest communication, and the ability to fully understand one of the most important financial decisions of their life.
For Nancy, bilingual service is not an added feature. It is part of the firm's foundation. She created Casa Reynoza so English- and Spanish-speaking families could receive the same level of advocacy, education, respect, and professional care.
Her work extends beyond helping clients buy or sell a property. Nancy wants families to understand their options, make informed decisions, and recognize how real estate can contribute to stability and generational wealth.
Today, Nancy leads Casa Reynoza as its Broker/Owner and Team Leader. She provides brokerage oversight, strategy, negotiation support, and leadership while developing a team capable of delivering a coordinated client experience. The friendships she builds and the lives she is able to impact remain among the parts of real estate she values most.

Nancy's connection to Sioux Falls is rooted in its people. She believes a real estate brokerage should do more than operate within a community—it should contribute to it, advocate for it, and help more families understand the opportunities available to them.
That belief is central to Casa Reynoza's bilingual mission. Buying, selling, or investing in real estate is personal in any language, and Nancy built her brokerage so clients do not have to navigate an important decision without fully understanding the process.
